Katherine practices in the areas of general corporate, inbound and outbound investments and commercial transactions. For more than a decade, Katherine has regularly advised international clients from different industries on a broad spectrum of legal issues through all stages of corporate commercial transactions, varying from structuring and documenting various cross-border acquisitions, investment and divestment activities, including the formation of investment funds and the use trusts and special purpose vehicles, to other corporate commercial matters. Katherine also has significant experience in resolving disputes among shareholders and breach of commercial contracts.
